The Ghana Police Service has announced its intention to recruit some personnel to fill up the current vacancies. The number of recruits this year may be limited and therefore my advice to the general public is that you register as early as possible to prevent rushing.

How to register for the Ghana Police Service Recruitment 2018.

Step 1: Make that you have a valid email address and a mobile number. The bank will use these details for creating an account for you on the Police recruitment database.

Step 2: Go to a nearby GCB bank to buy an e-voucher form. This e-voucher form has a Serial No. and a PIN which are required for the recruitment registration purpose.

NB: You have to wait for about an hour before you begin your online registration. This is because, after you have purchased your e-voucher form, it will take some time for your registration at the bank to be active at the end of the Police Serve data systems.

Step 3: Connect to the Internet and enter the following URL into your browser: https://police.gov.gh.services/register.php.

Step 4: Enter your email address. Make sure to use the email address which was used for the e-voucher registration at the bank.

Step 5: Choose a password for the online Police Service Recruitment account registration.

Step 6: Enter your Serial number to confirm. A serial is a six-digit number WITHOUT letters.

Step 7: Confirm your PIN. This can be found on the form that was purchased from the bank. Click on the button below the form to submit.

Step 8: When the categories page open, select a category of your choice to begin entering your details.

What are the required documents for the Police recruitment?

The following are the basic requirement for all applicants: All applicants must have one passport-size photo taken not more than six months ago.
Must have a BECE certificate with at least a pass in Mathematics, a minimum of grade 6 in English and other four subjects.
Candidates must have at least a pass in Mathematics (core) and a minimum of grade C6 in English and any other four subjects.
Male applicants should be of height 5.8 inches (176.8 cm)
Female applicants should be of height 5.4 inches (164.6 cm)
Candidates must be between 18 years and 27 years by January 1, 2018.
