How to check for WAEC Nov/Dec 2017 index number
Checking for your index number is a very simple task. All that you have to do is to enter the West African Examinations Council, Ghana online registration - 2017 WASSCE for private candidate’s website address into your browser and hit enter.

The website address for 2017 WASSCE NOV/DEC index number check is as follows:

http://registration.ghanawaec.org/wassce/AddmissionNotice.aspx

After the site is opened, simply enter your invoice number in the box provided. The invoice number looks like the following: F0216049355.

What to do if there is an error on WAEC page
Some browsers such as Google Chrome and Firefox will display a security warning such as: “The site ahead contains harmful programs.”

      To check your Nov/Dec WASSCE examination center, please follow the link below:
      https://registration.ghanawaec.org/wassce/default.aspx

      You are required to obtain login parameters from the who registered you using fingerprint enrollment. The token would be issued to you during your internet cafe's registration.

      Try to retrieve your Invoice Number. Use the following link: https://registration.ghanawaec.org/wassce/Existingprofile.aspx

      Enter your email address that was used for the Nov/Dec registration or if you don't have the password click on "Forgot Password".

      If all these methods prove futile, then you'll need to contact the nearest WAEC office. Download the WASSCE Manual for a list of contact numbers for every region.
